Surrealism

Surrealism is to make an image appear surreal yet it is still real.
Surrealism is a cultural movement that began in the early 1920s, and is best known for its visual artworks and writings. The aim was to "resolve the previously contradictory conditions of dream and reality." Artists painted unnerving, illogical scenes with photographic precision, created strange creatures from everyday objects and developed painting techniques that allowed the unconscious to express itself and/or an idea/concept.
Surrealist works feature the element of surprise, unexpected juxtapositions and non sequitur; however, many Surrealist artists and writers regard their work as an expression of the philosophical movement first and foremost, with the works being an artifact. Leader André Breton was explicit in his assertion that Surrealism was, above all, a revolutionary movement.

Here are some examples of which i think appear surreal. Taken by myself:

No head
I took this by getting very low to the subject i was taking and made him put his head back as  far as possible

Small body/woman
I achieved this shot standing on top of a bench pointing down at the subject. Plus the wig
Stuck in the bin! Achieved by getting low in front of the subject and making the person hide all of his body.

invisible face
achieved by holding a hollow wig in front of the face. Held half a meter in front.
Stuck in the stairs
achieved by sticking the legs through the stairwell and taking a photo from above the subject
Floating head/ umbrella

Who is holding the umbrella?
Taken by chucking the umbrella in the air and then taking the shot
