Pictorialism : Photoshop Task 2

Taking photoshop to a different level. Creating a more dramatic pictorial image from photos i have taken and overlaying different textures and layers in photoshop only.

The outcome :

created using two images combined. One landscape photo and one textured photo of leather. Multiple adjustment layers used such as; black and white, brightness and contrast. Using the black and white adjustment layer to erase the lanton colours creating that natural sun set affect by setting the foreground colour holding down the letter 'x' on the keyboard. This is using the main colours from the first landscape layer.

When combining these two images i used a multiplying layer of 100% opacity. I then added Multiple adjustment layers used such as; black and white, brightness and contrast. Using the black and white adjustment layer to erase the lanton colours creating that natural sun set affect by setting the foreground colour holding down the letter 'x' on the keyboard. This is using the main colours from the first landscape layer. With a final adjustment i added a filter called 'noise' to create that grainy pictorial affect.
